Well, we brough it home and got a draw for first on the 31 Day GymJunkies ‘Get Shredded For Summer’ Challenge.
Yeah, im pretty stoked. It was a hard fought May and I really did stick to the plan. It worked. I also learned a ton of great info and some kick ass workouts to boot! Not to mention, I get some sweet PRIZES!

I did this after this circuit a couple times after my Workout A from the GymJunkies Members challenge II.

Throw the sandbag, do flying burpees back, then bearcrawl back. Repeat 5 times.

I think the sandbag was only about 100lbs, but the platform we used was pretty high. A little KRS in the background to match the tagging!!!
