WELCOME to the new website for HARDCOREATHLETE.COM.  Here is a few FAQ for you first.

  1. What is this?  A bunch of videos, coupled with my own $0.02.  Some tips, facts, opinions, and just random thoughts on video and in writing for you to enjoy if you’d like.
  2. Who do these videos belong to?  Some, to most of them are of me and my training partners and or clients I am working with.  Some are other youtube videos, and others posted from other blogs.  To answer the question technically, The videos I use belong to the WORLD WIDE WEB.
  3. Can I post my videos?  Currently, we do not have that service in place.  However, if you send me an email to VIDEOSUB@hardcoreathlete.com, containing the video URL or in mpg file format, along with a brief description of it- I will do my best to get it posted if it is worthy of the Hardcore Title.
  4. What videos are supported?  For right now (and this will change soon) only Youtube.com videos can be hosted to the blogsite.

Currently, I am finishing a 31-Day Fat Loss Challenge titled, ‘Get Shredded for Summer’ @ GYmJuNkIEs.

This ends May 31st at midnight, so there is roughly a week and a few hours left.  To date I have lost about 12 lbs, and have consistently gotten stronger during my workouts.  I am excited about everything I have learned and will implement in the immediate future.  That’s what’s going on right now, but I will be working on the videos here actively as well.

I am posting and looking for, videos of workouts that involve park workouts, sandbags, kettle bells, home body weight exercises, tire flipping, medicine ball workouts, and basically anything you can do out-doors or in your own home. (including yards and garages too!)  I am providing people with a solution to the over crowded, germ infested, FAKE local health club type gym that are readily available out there. Trust me, those curls and treadmill marathons, are not doing anything for your goals.  Unless, of course, your goals are to stay bored and not see any new lasting results.

The site is more geared towards athletic training, ‘underground’ strength, muscle endurance and building, and losing fat, ALL VIDEOS are welcome and encouraged.
